Observing my friends, people on online forums and products available in bio stores, I would like to introduce you to plants that you can meet in the forest, in the meadow, and perhaps in your gardens.

There is an increasing number of people looking for dishes using wild plants, often referred to as herbs or spices.

Edible herbs, treated as a supplement to the daily menu, can become an inspiration for creating new dishes, healthy snacks for children and cocktails full of vitamins.
